Synergy is a program offering intensive case management to families experiencing homelessness in the Sioux Falls area. Families experiencing homelessness are empowered to stabilize their situation and assisted with obtaining permanent housing. Once permanent housing has been obtained, staff monitor and provide support for three months to ensure necessary supports and resources have been established. Multiple community partnerships have been developed to optimize and expedite services for these families with multi-dimensional needs.
